Shipping Coverage
DeathHydra currently ships only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other carriers at DeathHydra’s sole discretion. Typical delivery times range from 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from DeathHydra are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. DeathHydra is not liable for any delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting grimnotes [at] deathhydra [dot] com with your order number and photos of the damage. Remedies, if any, are at DeathHydra’s sole discretion and may include a replacement of the same item. No refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeathHydra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of shipping, delivery, or use of the products.
